I work with children, preteens, teens, adults, couples, and families. My specialties include grief therapy, illness and medical trauma, divorce, play therapy for children, and parent support. I am located in Westchester County, and offer virtual services throughout New York and Connecticut.

Session fees are $250. I am able to offer a limited sliding scale based on need.

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, Cigna, and Meritain. For all other insurance plans, services are provided out-of-network. Many clients successfully use their out-of-network benefits to offset some or most of the cost of care.

A child life specialist helps children and families cope with the stress of illness, hospitalization and medical procedures through play, preparation and emotional support. They use developmentally appropriate education and therapeutic activities to reduce fear, build coping skills, and support the whole family.
